GLASS BALUSTRADE SYSTEMS

Our Frameless Glass Balustrade Range

MINI CORE PEG

Glass is cantilevered on mini stainless steel pegs, 1000mm from all finished surfaces. The balustrade has no effect on water drainage, leaves and debris filter under the glass, and it is the last item installed to reduce the risk of damage during construction.

HIDDEN BASE CHANNEL

Glass is cantilevered from an aluminium base channel set into the decking for a clean, fixing-free look. Panel widths range from 1200mm to 2200mm with 20–50mm gaps, at a minimum height of 1000mm from finished surfaces.

GLASS ANCHOR

Glass is cantilevered on 50mm diameter stainless steel anchors, attached to the face of balconies and stairs. Our most versatile system, it uses a contemporary stainless steel method with a range of anchor body lengths available.

THUMP

Our premier and most popular style. Designed and developed in Brisbane by Thump Systems, it offers a minimalist look with a stunning finish that complements any balcony or outdoor setting.

HANDRAILS

Victoria's largest range of handrail solutions to complete the look without compromising the design.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of glass can you work with for balustrading?

We have three main types of balustrade glass to choose from: clear, tinted and Starfire. All options are commonly used across residential and commercial properties.

Yes. Unlike wood or metal, glass does not rust or corrode over time. All our glass balustrades use stainless steel or aluminium fittings to hold the panels in place, which are rust resistant.

Glass balustrades require minimal maintenance to keep them looking their best. Detergent and water is enough to clean the balustrade in most cases, helping maintain its crisp, clean look.

Glass balustrades can be installed both indoors and outdoors, and are fitted on balconies, decks, terraces, mezzanines, staircases and around pool enclosures.

Yes. Glass is a sustainable, versatile material that can be endlessly recycled.

Glass balustrades are extremely durable as they are made with toughened glass, making them resistant to knocks and bumps. In rare cases glass can crack, but this would require significant structural pressure.

Cost depends on the size and shape of the area, the type of glass, and any custom features. Every project is unique, so we tailor our designs and quote to your specific needs — request a free quote for an accurate figure.

With high-quality materials, proper installation and regular maintenance, a glass balustrade should provide safety, functionality and aesthetic appeal for many decades.
